I started my digital career with game design, web design, and web development. In 2010 I transitioned to UX design, which eventually led to product design. I became a manager early in my career, but decided to go back to individual contributor to improve my craft. Later on, I was ready to manage again.
Most recently full time as a Product Design Manager at Animoto, I’ve been working as a contractor since. Contracting highlights include foundational design for an AI startup in stealth mode, and pioneering UX research techniques for library space design. I also started a small business teaching art and designing art education products.
